Rosenthal’s cost effective Slitter Rewinders make in-house converting practical for just about any application. These high quality systems are designed and built in the USA and incorporate the latest technology in tension control, servo drives and PLCs to deliver consistent converter quality results with minimum setup.
Each Rosenthal Slitter Rewinder is built to order and tailored to deliver optimal results on your range of materials. From light gauge films to paper and pressure sensitive vinyl, our rewind technology can meet your needs. Our flexible rewinders can even be configured to handle tacky materials and adhesives.
Rosenthal Manufacturing designs and builds automation systems for converting rolls to sheets, wide rolls into narrower rolls, long rolls into shorter rolls, large sheets into smaller sheets and custom converting equipment.
